All George Optical customers and patients have a chance to avail GEORGE OPTIMEYES card and a free gift item from Essilor, Philippines from January 13, 2012 to March 31, 2012 only.

1. For every purchase of any complete prescription eyeglasses with the following Essilor lenses (see table below), patient automatically gets:
   1. A 2-year George Optimeyes membership card for FREE and
   2. Gift item (see table below)

2. For patient who availed more than one prescription eyeglasses with bundled Essilor lenses, the patient is automatically entitled to the 2-year Optimeyes membership and the corresponding free Essilor gift items and has the privilege to transfer the remaining Optimeyes membership(s) to any of his/her assignee(s). The assignee(s) must be enrolled in the George Optical database to active membership.
3. For existing George Optimeyes member who avails any complete prescription eyeglasses with qualified Essilor lens, the patient also gets a 2-year George Optimeyes membership card with corresponding Essilor gift item. Existing George Optimeyes patient cannot avail the new card membership bundled in the promo, but he/she can transfer the said membership privilege to any of his/her assignee.
4. For all customers and patients who only availed pre-qualified Essilor lenses only, they will only be entitled to the free Essilor gift items identified above.
